Main Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for IATF16949 quality system establishment, process preparation, optimization and implementation;

2. Responsible for the establishment, supervision and implementation of processes and norms related to environment and safety systems;

3. Organize and assist all departments to train and implement all system processes;

4. Organize system internal audit, management review and other activities, prepare audit reports, summarize and verify the rectification of non-conformance;

5. Responsible for regular supervision and inspection of the operation of the system, and supervision and rectification;

6. Responsible for the tripartite certification of the organizational system, organizing and coordinating various departments to complete various tasks in accordance with the audit requirements;

7. Assisted the project manager to complete the relevant work of customer review;

8. Responsible for collecting and monitoring various system indicators, and assisting in tracking and verifying corrective measures;

9. Responsible for standard work, including normalization and standardization of templates, documents, forms, etc.;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 3 years experience in automotive quality management system, working experience in vehicle plant system is preferred;

3. Proficient in TS 16949 system, familiar with ISO14001, internal auditor qualification;

4. Familiar with the application of five major tools in the automotive industry;

5. Good communication skills and teamwork;

6. Foreign language level, good reading and writing; Proficient in OFFICE software.

Job Summary：

In addition to ordinary service skills, regional technical service engineers have stronger professional knowledge and fault analysis and diagnosis capabilities, provide technical consultation and on-site support for service providers, and are responsible for technical guidance, quality control, training and special tools and data control of service stations.

Main Responsibilities：

1. Real-time observation of the scene, timely deal with technical complaints and complaints;

2. Assist the service consultant to diagnose some faults of the vehicle;

3. Assist service providers to diagnose difficult problems of vehicles;

4. Proactively collect and feedback information about the quality of vehicle use;

5. Actively promote the claims regulations of Jitai Automobile to customers, and provide relevant consultation;

6. Train regional service engineers or customers on spare parts related business knowledge;

7. Collect and feedback spare parts related information;

8. Provide customers with personalized service, to deliver the concept of "Jitai automobile, whole-hearted service"

Secondary Responsibilities：

1. Reasonably develop inventory variety reserve, quickly and accurately supply spare parts;

2. Responsible for the appraisal of claims for maintenance vehicles, the management of claims and the submission of claims;

3. Familiar with the vehicle parts quality guarantee provisions;

4. Manage and sort out old claims according to vehicle regulations;

5. Fill in the relevant statements and reports in a timely manner according to the relevant regulations on vehicles, and return the old claims within the prescribed time limit;

6. Feedback on the quality aspects of vehicle use;

Qualifications：

1. College degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of vehicle repair or related experience;

3. Has a strong fault analysis and judgment ability;

4. 28 years old and above;

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Have certain negotiation ability;

7. Skilled in computer operation;

1. Engaged in vehicle repair experience of more than 8 years or well-known brand enterprise after-sales work, can relax the educational qualifications;

2. Early and long-term resident in Changsha, local staff are preferred;

Main Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for potential supplier audit，product audit and regular QMS review.

2. Responsible for planning, management and performing of APQP for new project.

3. Together with functional team to complete OTS validation, mass production preparation and PPAP approval.  

4. Be able to support improvement or keep in a good level on quality control

5. Handle quality issues occurred in incoming inspection, manufacturing process and after-sale. Together with supplier to perform root cause analysis，implement and validate countermeasures.

6. Responsible for supplier EWR management on product, manufacture process after mass production.

7. Work with R&D and suppliers to create and update inspection specification.

8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering, electronic engineering or mechanical design related industry

Familiar with basic tools of automotive industry: APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA;

2. APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA；

3. Working experience in quality management for at least 5 years, prefer 2+year experience in commercial vehicle ;

4. Prefer good knowledge or experience in chassis, steering system, body & stamping, welding, painting, vehicle assembly or testing.

5. Good initiative in work and strong ability to work under pressure;

6. Good communication skills and logical thinking;

7. English as working language is preferred;
